The Atosa ATSB-36 is a 36-inch commercial gas salamander broiler built for high-volume finishing work — glazing proteins, browning casseroles, melting cheese, and reheating plated dishes right before service. Sized to mount directly above a range and shipped with the mounting kit included, it gives line kitchens overhead broiling capacity without adding a separate footprint.

• Commercial gas salamander broiler with two high-efficiency ceramic infrared burners, totaling 43,000 BTU of output, available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations
• Stainless steel exterior and interior throughout, with a lever-adjustable rack system that raises and lowers to four set positions for heat control over different cooking tasks
• Measures 36"W x 18"D x 17-1/3"H and weighs 143 lbs net; sized to span a standard 36-inch commercial range
• Range mount kit ships with the unit at no additional cost; note that the included range mount kit is compatible only with Atosa 36-inch ranges — a separate wall mount kit (part no. 21208001048) is available if needed
• Standby pilots maintain ignition readiness between rushes; one removable chrome broiler rack and a removable crumb and grease tray are included for daily cleaning and maintenance
• Reaches operating temperature in approximately one minute; dual independent valve controls allow separate heat management for the left and right burner zones
