The Atosa AEC-0621E is a full-size electric combi oven built for commercial foodservice operations that need steam, convection, and combination cooking in a single boiler-free unit. • Holds six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or six GN 2/1 pans; alternately configured, fits twelve 12" x 20" steam table pans — no stand included, sold separately.
