To make a claim you need the model number, serial number, proof of purchase and installation date.

The AUR36D2 is the undercounter version with drawers. It stands 32-1/2" high on 2" casters, has no backsplash, holds 9 cu. ft. and uses a 1/6 HP compressor. The AWR36SD is the same size as the AWR36D2 (36-3/8" x 30" x 38-7/8") but has two solid doors and four shelves instead of drawers. The AWF36D2 is the freezer version of the AWR36D2.
