The warranty does not cover damage from alteration, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, transit or installation damage, fire, flood or acts of God. Claims go directly to Atosa with the model number, serial number, proof of purchase and installation date.

What factory options are available?

Atosa offers 1.2" and 1.5" low-profile swivel plate casters and 4" and 5" swivel stem casters in place of the standard 2" casters. An extended warranty of up to 5 years is also available.
