The Carter-Hoffmann HL4-18 hotLOGIX is a full-size, insulated, heated and humidified holding cabinet built for commercial foodservice operations that need reliable hot holding and proofing capacity in a mobile floor-model unit. Restaurants, catering operations, and bakeries running high-volume service will find it handles both sheet pan and steam table pan loads without requiring a dedicated utility connection beyond a standard 120V outlet.

• Commercial humidified holding cabinet and heater proofer from Carter-Hoffmann's HL4 Series, designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for service; can also be used for proofing dough and baked goods.
• Double-wall, insulated aluminum construction with a .063 exterior and 2V finish; insulation reduces heat loss and supports energy efficiency during extended holding periods.
• Full-size model with overall dimensions of 70-5/8" H x 31-1/2" D x 26-1/2" W and a net shipping weight of 218 lbs; accepts 18 pairs of universal slides at 3-inch fixed spacing.
