The Cleveland Range SteamCraft Gemini 10 (model 24CGA10.2) is a two-compartment, pressureless gas convection floor steamer built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need independent cooking control and consistent steam output across both chambers.

• Two-compartment, floor model, pressureless commercial gas convection steamer with twin independent gas-fired atmospheric steam generators, each rated at 72,000 BTU for a total input of 144,000 BTU
• Stainless steel exterior and cooking compartments with 14-gauge construction throughout, including the doors and steam generator; exclusive brass steam jet distribution system for high-velocity, fanless steam circulation
• Each compartment holds (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" full-size steam pans for a total capacity of 10 pans; unit stands 65-1/2" tall on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs with flanged feet
• Each compartment operates with its own generator, gas valve, and water level control system, allowing fully independent cooking in each chamber simultaneously; requires one standard treated and tap water connection with 3/4" gas connection
• Features automatic generator blowdown, automatic water fill on startup, generator steam standby mode for fast recovery, easy-access deliming port on the exterior top of the unit, and a pullout service drawer for the Gemini Drain/Power Control System
