Globe Double Grooved Cast Iron Panini Grill NSF 20" - Electric - GPGDUE10

The Globe GPGDUE10 is a commercial countertop electric double sandwich grill from Globe's Bistro series, built for delis, sandwich shops, cafes, and high-volume foodservice operations that need to press two different menu items simultaneously on a single unit.

• Double grooved plate electric sandwich and panini grill with two independent 10" x 10" upper plates and one 20" continuous grooved cast iron bottom plate, allowing operators to run two separate products at the same time with no flavor or heat transfer between sides
• Plates are heavy-duty pre-seasoned cast iron with a grooved surface on both top and bottom; the stainless steel body frame houses internal wiring inside a protective stainless steel tube conduit to guard against damage from heat and grease
• Cooking surface measures 20" wide x 10" deep across the bottom plate, with two split 10" upper plates; overall unit dimensions are approximately 21.75" W x 12.625" D x 8.5" H and weighs 66 lbs
• Runs on 208-240V/60Hz/1-phase power at 3,200 watts; includes a 4-foot power cord with a NEMA 6-15P plug — verify that a 240V single-phase circuit is available before ordering, as this unit does not operate on standard 120V outlets
• Two independent thermostatic temperature controls, each adjustable up to 570°F, hold the set temperature consistently throughout service; spring hinge with adjustable tension maintains even contact pressure across varying food thicknesses; allow 15-30 minutes for full preheat before use
• Includes a full-width removable stainless steel grease catch tray and a grooved stainless steel cleaning scraper; non-skid rubber feet keep the unit stable on countertops; backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty (wear and expendable parts excluded)
• NSF certified
