The T&S Brass B-2990-WH4 EasyInstall concealed lavatory faucet is a commercial deck-mounted mixing faucet built for high-traffic restrooms and handwash stations in restaurants, institutions, and foodservice facilities. Its concealed body design keeps the deck surface clean and uncluttered, and the EasyInstall system is engineered to speed up setup time compared to standard widespread configurations.

• Constructed with a forged brass body, polished chrome-plated brass cast spout, and chrome-plated metal handles and escutcheons for corrosion resistance and long service life
• Fits 3-hole sink decks on 8" centers with a 5-1/4" spout reach, 2" clearance from deck to aerator outlet, and accommodates deck thickness up to 1-1/4"
• Connects via standard 1/2" NPSM male inlets with coupling nuts; operates between 20 and 125 psi and handles water temperatures from 40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit
• Quarter-turn Eterna compression cartridges with spring checks prevent cross-flow and hold up to high-cycle use; cartridges are serviceable in place to reduce downtime
• Includes 4" wrist-action handles with color-coded hot/cold indexes, allowing hands-free-style operation when hands are gloved or soiled; flow rate is 2.2 GPM through a Series 3 aerator (B-0199-03); made in the USA; covered by T&S Brass limited one-year warranty
